Our Ambassadors provided Kiwi shoppers with all the tips + tricks needed to enjoy restaurant quality red meat at home.

The brief

Improve Kiwi’s cooking confidence through Silver Fern Farms’ educational yet simple tips. Our Ambassadors helped to make the high tier, premium core range products more accessible to shoppers, by removing the ‘risk’ of messing up. Encourage consideration and trial of the core range

The mechanics

  • An in-store campaign focused on New World & Pak n Save supermarkets throughout the North Island 
  • Provide shoppers with Sure Fire tip cards, to give them cooking confidence and help them to recreate what they sampled in store, at home
  • Timing: August – October 2022
  • Sampling: Beef Eye Fillet Steak, Lamb Loin Fillets, Medallions (Beef, lamb and venison)

The outcome

  • 6,000 shoppers sampled to over 67 shifts
  • Over 1,500 units of Silver Fern Farms premium meat sold
  • 26% of samples were converted to sales
