Sampling the Unilever Feel Good Ice-cream Range.

Unilever is one of the worlds biggest ice cream manufacturers, with many of their brands household names, such as Magnum, Cornetto and Ben and Jerry’s. When they launched some new diary free and low calorie offerings across their portfolio they gave us the job to get as many people to try them as possible!

The brief.

  • Create awareness around the new dairy free and low calorie offerings in the Unilever ice cream and dessert portfolio
  • To educate shoppers on the benefits of the low calorie and dairy free offerings
  • Increase trial and purchase of the range of Feel Good ice cream and desserts

The mechanics.

We took the campaign right to where the shoppers were – in store. Using a brightly branded stand, shoppers were easily able to see the breadth of the new range and sample across the assortment.

The outcomes.

  • 72% of shoppers approached wanted to sample the products
  • Over 15,000 samples were tasted by shoppers over a the campaign period
